Russian Visa
Imperial River Cruises is the authorized company for tourist visa service. We offer complete tourist visa processing assistance and support documents to our clients.
To obtain a Russian Entry Visa the following paperwork must be submitted to one of our offices
- A completed and signed visa application form (one per person).

- A valid passport.
Your passport should be valid no less than one month after the date of your departure from Russia. Be sure that there is a blank page in your passport for visa stamp (visa can't be stamped on the last page of your passport).
- One passport size photo.
Photo should be stapled to the marked space of the application and applicants name should be signed on the back.
- Prepaid self addressed FedEx or any other courier mail envelope
- Visa support letter from authorized Russian Company.
- Consular reshipping FedEx mail fee of $45 or you can use your own FedEx or other express mail service account
Note: The applicant is fully responsible for the information in the application or visa support form. There are no refunds for incorrect visa issue (dates of entry and departure, spelling of the name, passport number, date of birth, etc.) if the applicant provides incorrect information in the application or visa support form. New fees will apply to reissue a correct visa.

Turkish Visa information:
The US and Canadian citizens may obtain their visas at the Turkish International Border Gates to stay in Turkey for a maximum period of three months.
Bulgarian and Romanian Visa information:
The US and Canadian citizens do not need a visa to Bulgaria and Romania for a stay up to 90days.
Ukrainian Visa Information:
No visa is required for citizens of the following countries:

Citizens of the above-mentioned countries do not need visas to enter Ukraine or transit through its territory for the period of time of up to 90 days with a valid travel passport.
Visas are still required for citizens who enter Ukraine with the purpose of employment, permanent residency, study and work at the diplomatic missions in Ukraine or with any other purpose if they are going to stay in Ukraine for more than 90 days.

Please enclose a self-addressed prepaid express mail return envelope or prepaid FedEx or other mail carrier delivery waybill, showing yourself as both shipper and recipient regardless of delivery address.
IMPORTANT:
- All foreign nationals are required to have valid entry visas for the Russian Federation.
- All visa processing fees and regulations are subject to change without prior notice.
- All personal checks, money orders or cashier's checks should be payable to Imperial River Cruises. Charge for bounced checks is $40.
- The visa processing fees are not refundable.
- Trip cancellation rules will apply even if the authorities deny your Visa application.
- A tourist visa can be issued for one month only.
- After you receive your Visa, please check it for mistakes (name, passport number, date of birth, validity). Imperial River Cruises will not be responsible for any mistakes in the visas, which were not brought to our attention prior to your departure from the USA.
- If necessary, your personal appearance and interview by a consular officer can be requested.
